Supergang is the programme of activities we run for children on a Sunday morning. Our aims for all age groups are that every child would:
Children of all ages worship with the rest of the church at first before leaving with designated helpers for their own year times.
Please introduce yourself and the children in your care at the Supergang table in the main hall, at the beginning of the meeting.
Supersparklers takes place during our 9.15am service in the ‘Lounge’ upstairs and opens at 10am. The group is for children aged 1-2.5 and there will be a team to welcome you and your child. There is lots of time to play and the morning may also include songs, a snack and stories. When you feel your child is ready, you are welcome to leave them in the care of the Supersparklers team.
Superstars takes place during our 9.15am service for preschool children aged 2.5 – 4 in the downstairs crèche room and opens at 10am. There is lots of time to play and the morning may also include story time, songs, a snack, craft and prayer. Our aim is to help your children feel safe, cared for and loved while they gently learn a little about Jesus.
Superheroes is for children in Reception through to school year 2 and takes place during both the 9.15am and 11.30am meetings. The group usually begins about 20 minutes into the service - it will be announced by one of our leaders. Superheroes is a place where children can discover God’s love for them, know that they are part of God’s family, and get to know Jesus for themselves. A Sunday morning in Superheroes may include playing, singing, craft activities, games, praying together and reading a Bible story – or maybe acting it out!
Supersonic is the place to be for children in school years 3-6 on a Sunday morning! It takes place during both the 9.15am and 11.30am meetings and usually begins about 20 minutes into the service - it will be announced by one of our leaders. We have exciting times together, exploring bible stories, worshipping God, playing games, praying together and much more. Our desire for this age group is that they grow in their understanding of who God is and of how much he loves them, allowing them to respond to Jesus for themselves.
